Seal and Pac’s Benchtop Paste Filling Machine for viscous liquids is a highly versatile, compact, and accurate tabletop filling machine. The Piston filler is capable of filling Low to High Viscous products such as Liquids, Creams, Dips, Paste, Gels, and all other kinds of Liquid Food Products. This machine is also used to fill products that have small chunks or particles like Salsa and sauces.

The best thing about this machine is that the usage process is very simple. There is no training or setup required. Furthermore, the cleaning process of the machine is quite easy.

To use this machine, you just need to fill your product into the hopper, adjust the volume of fill to the desired setting, place the empty container under the filling nozzle. With a simple press on the foot pedal, the exact quantity is drawn from the drum and dispensed into the container. This machine also comes with an Auto Mode, where the product would dispense after a particular interval of time, with no need to press the foot pedal. The interval between each dispense can also be adjusted from the machine.

Note: To use this machine you would require Air Supply Source which needs to be connected to the machine.
