RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS


==> No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects
==> If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to exchanging the products

==> No Refunds will be made if the customer wants to change the products after the order is placed.

==> No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

==>We do not want to sell to traders or distributors. If the goods are purchased by traders then the order will be canceled and money return charges approx 2% of the invoice amount will be born by the purchaser.

==> All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective)
 
==> As soon as the customer received the order need to cross-check the order items and if the customer has any queries then need to inform us within 1 month from the date of order.
